Help Congress Promote the Small Business Information Technology Industry

CompTIA applauds Congressman Peter Roskam (R-IL) and Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez (D-CA), who have formed and will be co-chairing the first-ever Congressional Small Business Information Technology Caucus in the United States Congress.

The Small Business Information Technology Caucus will serve as a venue to discuss the issues facing thousands of small businesses and entrepreneurs in the IT field. These businesses include computer hardware manufacturers, software developers, technology distributors and IT specialists that help organizations integrate and use technology products and services. The caucus is a unique opportunity to bring together members of the House of Representatives in a bi-partisan fashion to look at matters that are distinctive to small information technology businesses. CompTIA looks forward to working with the caucus to share with members of Congress insights on issues such as workforce development, tax policy, access to capital, health IT, cybersecurity and more.
