Section 11369 of the Health and Safety Code, and to add Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 885) to Title 3 of Part 2 of the Penal Code, 17.25 (commencing with Section 7284) to Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code, relating to law enforcement. enforcement, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
