Say No To New Hampshire House Bill 438 - Oppose Removal of Premium Cigar OTP Tax Exemption
New Hampshire State Representative Timothy Horrigan (D-06) has introduced House Bill 438 ("HB 438"), which would remove the exemption for premium cigars from OTP taxes and subject them to the state's tobacco products tax of 65.03 percent of the wholesale sales price.  Take action now! Contact your members of the General Court of New Hampshire, and respectfully ask that they oppose this anti-small business action that will negatively affect premium cigar retailers and consumers in New Hampshire.
