Sen John Brooks voted "NO" on protecting religious exemption rights

Your State Senator, John Brooks, told constituents at the beginning of the 2018 legislative session that he supported ending schools authority to deny religious exemptions from vaccine mandates to attend school. When Senate Bill S6141d, a bill that would end school districts authority to deny religious exemptions to attend school, came up for a vote in the Senate Education Committee on May 31, Brooks cast one of only three "NO" votes on the bill out of 17 total votes.

Remember that when you vote on Tuesday, November 6.
