Saturday, 10/20, Autism Community Walk and Resource Fair 2018
Belmont Lake State Park, Babylon, NY

You are invited to the Autism Community Walk and Resource Fair 2018 at beautiful Belmont Lake State Park (Exit 38 on the Southern State Parkway) Babylon, NY on Saturday, October 20. Registration starts at 9 am, walk starts at 11 am, rain or shine. Come walk with our 2018 Grand Marshal and leading autism advocate Katie Wright. Your support for the first two Autism Community Walks made them both great successes, and we hope we can repeat the success again this year, with your continued support we are confident we can.

Free fun activities this year include donkey rides, bounce house, parade horses from Indian Head Ranch, pumpkin decorating, construction crafts with Home Depot, Make Your Own Sensory Slime, rescue dogs from Long Island Greyhound Connection, music with ActionPlay, a Ribbon Hut with the Backyard Players, face painting with Kaleigh DeStefano, with more to come. For the adults we will have free massage with Body & Soul Massage with Peggy Butts, free reiki with Sasha Todaro of Open Heart Healing, and free psychic readings with Mickey Grossman.
The Autism Community Walk supports advocacy, research and outreach for families and individuals affected by autism and developmental disabilities, and supports organizations that support our community.

Let's keep this positive momentum going.
